COVID-19 Instructions Before Visiting our Clinic

Before you visit the clinic, please read the following instructions & follow them while you visit us.

1. Please visit alone inside the clinic. Attendants are allowed for children below 18 years or severely ill patients only.
2. Carry less accessories as far as possible. (like bags, watches, etc)
3. Please be  on time, so that after each patient, we get enough time to clean the area for the next patient.
4. If the previous patient is not completed in time then, we will ask you to wait outside the clinic until the previous patient has left.
5. As soon as you enter our clinic, PLEASE sanitize your hands with an automatic sanitizer dispenser box.
6. Please wear your mask properly, our front desk team will first scan your temperature before entering the clinic.
7. Once you enter our premises “PLEASE DO NOT TOUCH ANYWHERE”.
8. We will not be providing any refreshments like tea or coffee to reduce the contamination (You can ask for water bottle at reception).
9. Do not use the rest room until  it is very urgent.
10. You will be asked to sign the COVID 19 patient consent form. Please read this before you visit us, so that we can minimize your time inside our clinic.

11. Once you are seated in the dental chair please don’t remove your mask until asked.
12. The Doctor will ask you to rinse your mouth with betadine gargle.
13. After your treatment is finished, you are requested to rinse your mouth again & wear back your mask.
14. You may then proceed to the reception again and make your payments (Digital QR Payment preferred to minimize contamination)
15. Please sanitize your hands before you leave.
16. If you have any problem, please do call us.
17. Please understand that we are doing all these safety measures to  minimize the risk of Covid-19 for everyone.

 

Sterilization Protocol

We have 5 steps of sterilization, immersion in cidex solution for 20 minutes, ultrasonic cleaning of instruments, washing, drying & sealing pouch to make it  ready for autoclave and putting it in the UV cabinet box to maintain the sterility of dental instruments.

All our disposable instruments are discarded once used.

We also use mineral water for all our dental treatments.

After each patient is done, the dental chair and procedure room is thoroughly disinfected, and sanitized before the next patient.

All our staff works under PPE and N-95 masks. PPE is changed after each patient.

We also use a vacuum spray gun to disinfect our clinic every evening.
