I initially felt overcharged, but the clinic explained that the procedure was a Direct Composite Veneer (not a standard filling), which is listed at 5000-8000 NPR on their website. I was charged 6000 NPR, which is fair. My only suggestion is to communicate the exact procedure and price clearly before the patient sits in the chair, not after. She took the time to thoroughly explain all available treatment options, patiently answering all my questions. Dr. Pradhan provided me with the treatment documentation in perfect English, prepared meticulously for my extraction, and explained every step of the procedure along with detailed post-extraction care instructions. The clinic itself is very well-organized—appointments are easy to book, and they communicate promptly and efficiently via WhatsApp. Dr. Pradhan was also extremely accommodating given my tight schedule before a departure flight, which made the entire experience stress-free.
